My (very) early entry for =c2usaf2004's Star Wars "What If?" contest. I decided to do "what if Darth Maul had slain Obi Wan at Naboo?" The image follows what I think might have happened if that were the case . . .
- Obi Wan and Padme are both killed during the Battle of Naboo.
- Without Obi Wan to teach him, Anakin returns to his mother on Tatooine.
- Count Dooku is slain by Maul.
- Darth Maul assumes the mantle of Dark Lord of the Sith when he kills Darth Sidious.
- The Republic and Jedi Council defeat the Confederacy.
- Maul goes into hiding in the Tatooine dune sea.
- A young Skywalker encounters Maul on Tatooine.
So, yeah. Enjoy.

Good. But not sure that the jedi without the plot of Dooku don't see the hand of the sith in the Clone Army. More of that the murder of Sidious by someone is highly improbable, we are talking about a well-trained sith who defeat Yoda and take advantage upon Windu, two great masters.
