Uh, in the words of my ninth grade English teacher, "You are dippin and dappin and don't know what's happenin".
Fine, we both went to public school.

Eat your heart out Indy - I am now employed by the Queensland Museum. I may not need a whip and a fedora to work in the gift shop but it's a cool place with some awesome people. It reminds me a lot of working at Borders, plus I'm making that sweet government money. On top of that I'm also working at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (when they've got shows on) but the museum is definitely what I'm most excited about. I'm only supposed to be there until August (during their Mummy Exhibit) but hopefully they'll grow to love me and keep me on afterwards.
In the meantime a good friend also offered me the job of putting together a website for her parent's dental practice - she'd already done all the graphics, I just had to make it web-ready. Besides my portfolio I haven't had much experience with web design so it was a fun and interesting challenge. I still wouldn't say I'm good at it but I'm certainly better than I was before.
So things seem to be looking up! Art-wise I'm working on some isometric pixel art, just for a change of pace. You all take care out there.
