There's a man here who says he can help you.
Is it Batman?
He's a scientist.
Batman's a scientist.
It's not Batman! You may recall a certain deviation known as

from my gallery? Well today I got the marks back from the assignment and its all sevens baby! A perfect score! Character design is definitely a field I want to work in so kicking ass in that subject is immensely satisfying.
Other marks weren't as impressive but I still passed so I'm not complaining. The semester is wrapping up so I'm swamped with essays, storyboards and exercises, which doesn't leave much time for DeviantART - my deviations inbox is over 150 at the moment. I'll definitely go through them all when I have the time, just be aware you may get a comment on something from months ago.
We moved into the new house a while ago now, so most things are unpacked. Once I've got all my posters up I'll get a picture of my room in my scraps. Its far superior to the old house - air conditioning, carpet, cupboards, curtains, three bathrooms. Its compact, but not constricting. I'm certainly digging it so far.
Not helping with my workload is the fact that I somewhat foolishly purchased GTA IV. The game is both fantastic and addictive - seeing Euphoria in action is incredible, really a great stride in video game tech. Getting clipped by a car and stumbling before righting yourself or hitting a guy on a motorcycle and watching him roll over the roof of your car a different way each time - wicked stuff. Plus the characters and narrative are more engaging than any GTA game I've played, and the new cover system - its really just a huge step forward from the GTA III games. Good times.
Hope you like the little dude in the corner - I drew him for a uni assignment but like him so much I added him to the journal. Mad props to Jim Mahfood who's style I totally aped when drawing him.
Excelsior!

And it was no problem - your artwork has so much character I had to watch you so I could see what you came up with next.
